Levyä promotoidaan ennakkoon Frank Wilsonin säveltämään Do I Love You (Indeed I Do) -biisiin tehdyllä videolla. Kappaleen alkuperäinen, Wilsonin itsensä tulkitsema versio julkaistiin vuonna 1965. Katso tuore video alempaa.
Only the Strong Survive on Springsteenin toinen coverlevy. Edellinen We Shall Overcome: The Seeger Sessions julkaistiin vuonna 2006. Tulevan albumin kappalelista on luetteloitu alapuolella, ja kuten näkyy, kahdella biisillä laulaa myös 86-vuotias soul-suuruus Sam Moore.
