New Musical Express -lehden palkintogaala järjestettiin Lontoon Troxyssa keskiviikkona 27. helmikuuta.
Parhaan brittiläisen yhtyeen pystin vei Biffy Clyro – mutta ei kotiinsa, sillä bändi soittaa Helsingin Nosturissa jo tänään torstaina. Yhtye nähdään Suomessa myös perjantaina, kun orkesteri esiintyy Emma-gaalassa.
Pääkaupunkiseudulla onkin varsinaista maailmantähtien ruuhkaa, sillä NME:n mukaan paras kansainvälinen orkesteri on The Killers. Bändihän soitti Suomessa tiistaina 26. helmikuuta ja keikasta voikin lukea täällä.
